Take a class in art of making Sculptures.

Creating your own art work is not just a hobby, it is a mind relaxing activity. Our Sculptur Garden team will provide you with materials and knowledge. All Workshop guests will have a guided tour through our Art and Bronze Foundry. (45 mins). The classes will be held by tutor Franz Herbich.

Sculpture Workshop 1: Modelling class

Create your art work with clay,wax or plaster of paris.

This workshop will give you the insights how to work with different materials. (4 hours) We will provide the material, and our team will be at your service.You will learn about the concept to make a plan for your artwork. Convert ideas to real art. At the End of the workshop you will have created your own first sculpture using clay,wax or plaster of paris.

Sculpture Workshop 2: Mold making

Discover the secret of mold making of your art work. Step by Step in 3 different classes. Use the reproduction mold to create replicas to preserve and share your art with friends or family. Material is provided but limited to the following measurements of your model: 30 cm height,15 cm wide and 4 cm depth. For larger projects please inquire for the additonal material costs. This workshop requieres a model either made in WORKSHOP 1 or brought by you from home.

Sculpture Workshop 3: Bronze casting

The mystic art of ancient bronze casting. Make your art work last for all eternity. Learn the traditional way to craft your own bronze sculpture. Material is provided but limited to the following measurements of your model: 30 cm height,15 cm wide and 4 cm depth. For larger projects please inquire for the additonal material costs.

This Workshop includes workshop 1-2.
